Before and after COVID I had lost many loved ones, human as well as animal. I didn’t know where to put my creative energy or even if if I had any. I began spending time in the studio and just started painting dots as a kind of meditation. Lots and lots of dots. It was somehow so soothing that I couldn’t stop. Interesting how so much grief can produce such joyful paintings. The human condition has no bounds.
